Refund Policy

We want you to love your GlowVine purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products are not eligible for return. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello.glowvine@gmail.com with your order number, and the description of the issue, including images.
